"16-1) makes offers in authorized body in the field of mobilization preparation on the amounts of financing of actions for mobilization preparation and mobilization;
16-2) plans, will organize and directs mobilization preparation of the organizations in the regulated sphere, carries out assessment of mobilization readiness of the organizations having mobilization orders, according to the procedure, established in rules of mobilization preparation and mobilization in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
16-3) signs agreements with the organizations on accomplishment of mobilization orders, makes offers in authorized body in the field of mobilization preparation about removal and transfer of the established mobilization orders in case of bankruptcy, reorganization, liquidation, change of profile of work of the organizations having mobilization orders;
16-4) holds in interaction with local executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan actions for preparation for accomplishment of the mobilization plan;
16-5) provides in authorized body in the field of mobilization preparation information on production, financial, warehouse capabilities of the organizations for establishment of mobilization orders;
