These rules of holding qualification examination (further - Rules) are developed for confirmation of qualifications of candidates for appraisers, experts according to Item 9 of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About estimative activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determine procedure and conditions of holding qualification examination for confirmation of qualifications of candidates for appraisers, experts.";
and 5 to state items 4 in the following edition:
"4. The application is directed by e-mail or through Internet resource of chamber of appraisers (in case of lack of the automated web portal the scanned copy).
5. The candidate encloses the following documents to the application:
1) the copy of the diploma about the higher education in "Assessment" and (or) the higher technical or economic education (for the candidate for receipt of the certificate on qualification assignment "expert" is not required);
2) copy of the identity document;
