1. Bring in the order of the Deputy prime minister – the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 16, 2025 No. 52 "About some questions of planning and projects implementation of public-private partnership" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 36281) the following changes:
in Rules of planning and projects implementation of public-private partnership, the including questions of project planning of public-private partnership, carrying out tender (auction) and direct negotiations on determination of the private partner, the carrying out monitoring of agreements of public-private partnership, carrying out monitoring and assessment of projects implementation of public-private partnership (further – Rules) approved by the specified order:

"112. Changes and (or) additions are made to the tender documentation at the initiative of the organizer of tender or in response to request of the potential private partner.
For modification and (or) amendments of the tender documentation the organizer of tender in time no later than 20 (twenty) calendar days before the expiration of submission of bids declares modification and (or) amendments in the tender documentation, and in case of carrying out repeated tender by determination of the private partner – in time no later than 10 (ten) calendar days.
