About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. 7. The list of the main requirements to rendering the state service "Issue of the Certificate on State Registration of Products" (further – the List) is given in appendix 1 to these rules.

For receipt of the certificate on state registration of products, the legal entity issued in form according to appendix 2 to these rules registered in the territory of state member of EEU according to its legislation or physical person as the individual entrepreneur, being the manufacturer or the seller (importer) or person authorized by the manufacturer (further – uslugopoluchatel), directs through the portal documents according to Item 8 of the List.

Effective period of the protocol of researches (testing) and measurements of products executed for the purpose of its state registration constitutes 1 year.

8. Renewal of the certificate on state registration of products (appendix to it) without carrying out additional or repeated researches (testing) and measurements is performed in the following cases:

1) identifications in the certificate on state registration of products (appendix to it) of mistakes (typographical errors);
