About modification of some orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of renewable energy resources

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property" of October 9, 2019 No. 535 the following change:
in Regulations on the procedure for provision of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- the subitem "v" of Item 6, the subitem 4 Items 11, Chapter 4-1 to recognize invalid.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About development of renewable energy resources" of August 28, 2023 No. 429 the following change:
- To state regulations on procedure for transfer of the lands which are under authority of authorized institution in the field of renewable energy resources under the construction of facilities of renewable energy resources approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
