1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for the omission of vehicles on highways public of the Kyrgyz Republic and collection of charges for weighing and measurement of the maximum sizes and other linear parameters of vehicles with the exceeding regulations established for driving through highways public of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Procedure for the omission and collection of charges for journey of vehicles with particular and non divisible load on highways public of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 8, 2011 No. 454 the following changes:
1) according to the procedure of the omission and collection of charges for journey of vehicles with non divisible load, special vehicles on highways public of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 5:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"5. The omission on highways public of vehicles with non divisible load and special vehicles which weight parameters exceed the established their admissible values is allowed only in the presence of special and (or) reusable special permission. The special permission and reusable special permission issued by authorized state body in the field of regulation and control of activities on road transport are valid for driving through highways public (state, departmental, municipal), except for private highways.";
