About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedure for submitting for examination of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of drafts of regulatory legal acts on the questions which are within the competence of the Security Service of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. "About the Security Service of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 27, Art. 382 with the following changes) after part two to add article 25 of the Law of Ukraine with new part of the following content:
"The Security Service of Ukraine has the right to develop and submit for consideration of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine drafts of regulatory legal acts on the questions which are within its competence".
With respect thereto third to consider part part four.
2. In article 50 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 13, Art. 222; 2019, No. 43, Art. 250):
the first and second to state parts in the following edition:
"1. In adoption of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine cabinet ministers of Ukraine, the central executive bodies, the state collegiate organs, the Security Service of Ukraine, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations have the initiative right.
2. Drafts of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine prepare the ministries, other central executive bodies, the state collegiate organs, the Security Service of Ukraine, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations";
