1) in Article 27:
a) add with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. Advertizing of the games based on risk, bet in each case shall be followed by the warning that participation in gamblings can lead to emergence of dependence on gamblings. In the advertizing extended in radio programs, duration of such prevention shall constitute at least than three seconds, in the advertizing extended in TV programs - at least than five seconds and to such prevention at least than seven percent of space of shot, and in the advertizing extended by other methods - at least than seven percent of advertizing space (advertizing space) shall be reserved. Requirements of this part do not extend to the advertizing placed, extended according to the subitem "b" of Item 2 and the subitem "b" of item 4 of part 2.2 of this Article.";
