Based on provisions of Art. 150 of h (16) - (17) the Law No. 164 of 26.06.2025 on the electric power, on the basis of the Analysis of electricity markets and the Explanatory note developed by Department of the electric power and renewable sources of NARE, DECIDES: Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power

1. Since 01.01.2027 consumers, except for residential customers, microcommercial societies and small commercial societies, do not use regulated prices for the electric power delivered by the supplier of universal service any more.

2. Electric power suppliers who on the date of entry into force of this resolution have the obligation of public service in provision of universal service supply with the electric power within 6 months to the term specified in the item 1, notify consumers who do not belong to the category of residential customers, microcommercial societies and small commercial societies, about the following:

a) to date of the termination of the right to delivery of the electric power by it at regulated prices;

b) obligations of the consumer to sign the delivery agreement of the electric power at the market prices created as a result of the demand and supply on electricity markets.

3. The term provided in the item 1, can be reviewed by the Agency proceeding from liquidity level on electricity markets

4. This resolution can be protested in the publishing body within 30 days from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
