For the purpose of ensuring preparation, procedure for holding meetings of the Plenum of Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus, execution of its acts and control of their accomplishment the Plenum of Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus, being guided by articles 14-16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About economic courts in the Republic of Belarus",
decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations of the Plenum of Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Plenum of Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 1994 No. 11 "About Regulations of the Plenum of Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus".
