About conditions of tracking of transportations on the territories of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to the subitem 4 of Item 2 of article 3 of the Agreement on application in the Eurasian Economic Union of navigation seals for tracking of transportations of April 19, 2022 (further - the Agreement) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:
1. Determine that concerning transportations of the goods specified in Item 2 of article 2 of the Agreement, performed through the territories of the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, navigation seals in the territories of the third parties are applied to tracking of transportations of subjects to tracking provided that it is provided by the international treaty of the Union with the third party and (or) international treaties of state members with the relevant third party through which territory such transportations will be performed.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since February 11, 2026.
