About modification and amendments in the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. State part 2 of article 17 of the Law of April 14, 1999 to No. ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" (further - the Law) in the following edition:
"2. If documents of cadastral case are submitted or constituted in paper form, they are stored in paper and electronic cadastral cases, and all documents submitted or constituted after January 1, 2026 are stored only in cadastral business which is run in electronic form.".
Article 2. Regarding the 2nd article 20 of the Law:
1) in Item 7 after the word "bank" to add the word "according to the procedure established by part 2 of article 17 of this Law";
To add 2) with Item 7.1 of the following content:
"7. 1) is provided by process of video of input and introduction of the documents submitted together with the statement in electronic system, photography of the applicant with use of technical means and their processing;".
Article 3. In article 24 of the Law:
1) to state part 1 in the following edition:
"1. The basis for initiation of the procedure of state registration is the application submitted by the subject of state registration with request for state registration of the right. The application for state registration is submitted through electronic system of the official site of the State real estate register and certified by the digital signature, except as specified, provided by this Law when the application can be submitted also to any service center of the State real estate register (irrespective of the location of real estate object).";
2) to state part 3 in the following edition:
"3. In case of filing of application in office of servicing of the state real estate register the applicant shall show the identity document and provide together with the statement:
