About modification and amendments in the Law "About Power"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on October 24, 2025

Article 1. State Item 23.1 of part 1 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of March 7, 2001 to No. ZR-148 "About power" (further - the Law) in the following edition:

"23. 1) the producer of microenergy - person developing the electric power at power plant with a rated power up to 150 kW, and till May 1, 2022 - also at autonomous power plant with a rated power from 150 kW to 500 kW;".

Article 2. To add article 23 of the law with part 1.2 following of content:

"1.2. Any person, including the consumer, can provide services in charging of electric vehicles which are not the type of activity which is subject to licensing in the energy sector and are not subject to regulation in sense of this Law.".

Article 3. To add article 47 of the law with part 9 of the following content:

"9. The electrical energy delivered (distributed) to the consumer can be also consumed by the last on the car park which is outside the territory of placement of system of consumption and belonging to it and also in other territory of residential appointment registered as independent property unit which connection of system of consumption to system of consumption of the consumer is performed by the consumer according to requirements of the operating subordinate regulatory legal acts.".

Article 4. Regarding the 2nd article 48 of the Law to exclude words", provision of service in charging of electric vehicles".

Article 5. In article 56.1 of the law:
