in Rules of registration of the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, kandas needing the dwelling, in electronic base "Center of Providing with the Dwelling", approved by the specified order:
state Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. Uslugopoluchatel in case of registration needing the dwelling signs and transfers to the Service provider through Object of informatization, the Statement to registration to electronic base "Center of Providing with the Dwelling" according to appendix 2 to these rules.
In cases, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Statement on registration in electronic base "Center of Providing with the Dwelling" move legal representatives of Uslugopoluchatel.
The service provider accepts and within 1 (one) working day considers the request, checks uslugopoluchatel for compliance to the main requirements imposed to uslugopoluchatel specified in Item 6 of these rules and compliance of belonging to persons determined in Item 1 to article 74 of the Law.
