"27-1) implementation of management and cross-industry coordination in the field of arbitral activities;
27-2) analyses of law-enforcement practice and introduction of suggestions for improvement of the legislation on arbitration;";
add with subitem 49-1) of the following content:
"49-1) consideration of petitions within the competence according to the procedure and the terms established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
104) and 105) to state subitems in the following edition:
