1. Determine that the states, to the cargo vehicles and tractors registered in which allowed entrance to specially established places specified in appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2025 No. 599, for making of cargo operations and (or) peretsepka are:
The Republic of Kazakhstan - till December 31, 2026 inclusive;
The Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation - till December 31, 2027.
the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2023 No. 44 "About the list of the states";
the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of February 16, 2024 No. 8 "About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2023 No. 44".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and is effective till December 31, 2027.
