About entering of amendment into the Law "About Medical Care and Servicing of the Population"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on October 2, 2025

Article 1. No. ZR-42 "About medical care and servicing of the population" to add article 39 of the Law of March 4, 1996 with part 9 of the following content:

"9. Toxicological examination concerning the police officer and the employee of Service of rescuing is carried out in the presence of the decision on purpose of the examination established by the laws "About the Code of Respectability and Discipline of Police" and "About Approval of the Code of Service of Rescuing".".

Article 2. This law becomes effective for the sixtieth day after date of its official publication.
