"12. In EDMS creation, processing, accounting and destruction of office information of limited distribution are allowed:
1) in the ciphered disk at the workstation connected to the single transport circle of state bodies (further - UTS of GO) and not having Internet access.
The user carries out work with electronic documents (files) of office information of limited distribution only in the ciphered disk. Document storage (files) out of the ciphered disk, and also their copying (transfer) by the user from the ciphered disk are not allowed;
2) in cloudy storage with use of decisions like "thin client", without possibility of downloading of the electronic document (file) from cloudy storage.
For protection of the database of cloudy storage (fields of the database), the ciphered disks at workstations and electronic documents (files) of office information of limited distribution domestic means of cryptographic information security (further - SKZI) not below the third level of safety on state standard of STRK 1073-2007 "Means of cryptographic information security are used. General technical requirements".
Provisions of part one of this Item do not extend to the state bodies and the organizations specified in Items 12-2 and 12-3 of these rules and also to Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other troops and military forming using EDMS.
