About modification of some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning licensing and regulation of activities of JSC Finance Company of Credit Unions and credit unions

- "About approval of the Provision "About Licensing of Credit Unions" of December 23, 2015 No. 78/25;
- "About approval of the Provision "About licensing of activities of specialized financial credit institution of "Finance Company of Credit Unions" Open joint stock company of June 15, 2017 No. 2017-P-12/25-10-(NFKU);
- "About approval of Regulations of activities of JSC Finance Company of Credit Unions and modification of some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning regulation of activities of JSC Finance Company of Credit Unions of March 20, 2024 No. 2024-P-12/12-2-(NFKU).
2. To legal management:
- from the date of receipt of the relevant documents within 3 (three) working days to publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
