About introduction of amendments to the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 441-447, 715), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (2) Article 17:

state the Item b 3) in the following edition:

"b 3) in departure from Item b) for personnel of the National center for fight against corruption participating in actions for the prevention and fight against corruption and personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs performing special search activities and criminal prosecution - 30 percent of the annual amount of base pays for the personnel having the right to the special allowance;";

add Article with the Item b 4) of the following content:

"b 4) in departure from Item b) for personnel of the National center for fight against corruption participating in actions for fight against system corruption and corruption at the high level and also the personnel participating in actions for compensation of the property got in the criminal way - 40 percent of the annual amount of base pays for the personnel having the right to the special allowance;";

Item f) after words "to foreign intervention," to add with words "the organization and coordination of activities for planning of management of crises and serious crises within the body responsible for coordination and monitoring of activities for prevention of crisis situations at the national level and preparation for them,".

2. In part (articles 27 of figure "5500" to replace 2) in both cases with figures "6300".
