About modification of some regulations (optimization of procedures of issue of allowing documents)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 14-1 of the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 59-61, 200), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
part (to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) Activities of pharmaceutical organization are performed in the territory of the Republic of Moldova based on the license and the certificate on compliance to proper pharmaceutical practice (Good Pharmacy Practice - GPP) issued by the Agency on drugs and medical products.";
add Article with part (21) the following content:
"(21) the Operating authority on production and import, and also distribution by wholesale of medicines for medical application is performed according to provisions of the Law on medicines No. 153/2025.".
Art. II. - In article 42-1 of the Law on approval of the Maritime Code of the Republic of Moldova No. 599/1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 1-4, 2), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
part (to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) For receipt of permission to ship sea and river stations of radio communication the applicant personally or through the representative submits to National regulation agency in the field of electronic communications and information technologies on paper, electronically or by means of single electronic window for request of allowing documents the application to which if necessary the power of attorney of the representative is enclosed. The statement shall contain identification data of the applicant and significant information on the vessel. The additional information about the vessel if it is necessary for issue of permission, can be requested directly by National regulation agency in the field of electronic communications and information technologies from the Agency of water transport.";
in part (words of "three working days" shall be replaced with words 3) "seven working days".
