Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of July 21, 1993 No. 5473-I "About organizations and bodies of criminal executive system of the Russian Federation" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 33, Art. 1316; Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 1, Art. 44; 2019, No. 49, Art. 6963; 2022, No. 24, Art. 3930; 2023, No. 32, Art. 6172; 2025, No. 31, Art. 4677) following changes:
1) in Article 28.1:
a) 3 parts one to add Item with words ", except as specified, if the special means specified in Item 3 parts two of article 30 of this Law were applied in the cases specified in Item 15 parts one of article 30 of this Law";
b) the second after the words "in case of convoy" to add part with words ", except as specified, if the special means specified in Item 3 parts two of article 30 of this Law were applied in the cases specified in Item 8.1 of part one of article 30 of this Law";
c) third after words of "firearms" to add part with words ", except as specified, if the special means specified in Item 3 parts two of article 30 of this Law were applied in the cases specified in Items 8.1 and 15 of part one of article 30 of this Law";
2) in Article 30:
a) in part one:
state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8) in case of convoy in the special transport used for transportation of the convicts and persons taken into custody, protection or escort of the convicts and persons taken into custody, implementation of supervision of the convicts and persons who are held in custody if they the behavior suggest that intend to make escape or to do harm to people around or itself;";
