For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine

I ORDER:

1. Recognize invalid:

the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of February 12, 1993 No. 69 "About procedure for transformation of subjects of business activity with the mixed pattern of ownership in economic societies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 21, 1993 at No. 28;

the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of July 31, 2001 No. 1378 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of competitive selection of agents on placement of depositary receipts on the state shares in the international stock markets", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 21, 2001 at No. 729/5920.

2. To provide to department of corporate laws of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
