Based on Item е) parts (1) and parts (3) Articles 5, Item and) parts (1) article 6 of the Law on expropriation for the socially useful purposes No. 488/1999
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - For the purpose of this law the following concepts mean:
1) act of expropriation - The order of the Government about creation of the Commission on consideration of counter offers for determination of real estate units, expropriation subject, and their owners / owners;
2) the Project - "Connection of Power Networks of the Republic of Moldova and Romania, II Stage" Project provided by the Credit agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ratified by the Law No. 104/2024;
3) the Plan of social and nature protection actions - the plan died on social mitigation and improvement and nature protection measures, the provided Project agreement No. 54567 of March 13, 2024 established by the Credit agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for project implementation "Connection of power networks of the Republic of Moldova and Romania, the II stage" ratified by the Law No. 104/2024;
4) the Procurement plan and compensations of the parcels of land - the action plan developed according to applicable Requirements to efficiency of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, for mitigation of negative effects of process of expropriation, with covering of all real economic, social and ecological loss which resulted from occupation of the parcels of land and restriction of access to them, including the subsequent compensating and recovering actions provided by the Plan of social and nature protection actions;
