About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union in the relation ferroniobiya

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, in the relation ferroniobiya, classified by code 7202 93 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till February 29, 2028 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line item with code 7202 93 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "81C)" to replace with the reference "117C)";

b) in notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union:

declare the note 81C invalid;

add with the note 117C of the following content:

"117C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 20, 2026 No. 7 till 29.02.2028 inclusive.".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
