1. Bring in the Procedure of monitoring and carrying out the comparative and legal analysis of regulatory legal acts and projects of regulatory legal acts of the state members of the Eurasian Economic Union providing subsidies, No. approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 14, 2017 155, the following changes:

a) in Item 11:

declare the subitem "v" invalid;

in the subitem "g" after the words "during" to add with the words "10 working days after the expiration";

b) in the subitem "v" of Item 13:

shall be replaced with words the words "creates and quarterly staticizes" "creates and annually staticizes on the basis of information provided by state members according to Item 98 of the Protocol";

the word "is provided" to be replaced with the word "are provided".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
