About development of meat industry
For the purpose of implementation of modern technologies in meat industry, I decide ensuring production of competitive products:
1. To provide to regional executive committees in 2026-2030 development of the project documentation and implementation of designer's service, construction, reconstruction of complexes on cultivation and fattening of bull-calves (further – complexes), and also creation of the infrastructure necessary for their functioning (further – investment projects), the organizations according to the list determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus by offers of regional executive committees (further – the list).
Are included in the list:
agricultural organizations;
the overworking organizations which core activity is conversion of agricultural products (further, unless otherwise specified, – the overworking organizations), the investment projects performing production of agricultural products and implementing;
the overworking organizations financing the investment projects realized by agricultural organizations.
Investment projects shall conform to at the same time following requirements:
quantity of the created rooms for one animal within implementation of the investment project – at least one thousand;
input of complex in operation – no later than two years from start date of construction;
completing of complex – within one year after its input in operation under full design capacity;
complex exit to design capacity – no later than two years from the date of its input in operation;
ensuring average daily productivity of bull-calves on cultivation and fattening – at least 900 grams;
secured provision by full-fledged sterns under complete requirement;
completion by qualified personnel – within one year after input of complex in operation.
