About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for the admission of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to implementation of activities for disinfecting and marking of wood packaging material approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 13, 2018 No. 670:
to exclude from paragraph two of item 4 of the word "in the form established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food";
in the paragraph the second Item 6 part one the word", allowing" shall be replaced with words "or having the practical knowledge, experience and competences allowing";
to state part one of Item 10 in the following edition:
"10. After the admission to implementation of activities for disinfecting and marking of wood packaging material legal entities and individual entrepreneurs make official seal or brand for drawing marking on wood packaging material according to the requirements specified in Item 471 of the Single quarantine phytosanitary requirements imposed to quarantine products and quarantinable objects on customs border and on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, and appendix 2 to the International standard on phytosanitary measures No. 15.2002 "Regulation of wood packaging material in international trade" and also the stamp displaying batch number and date of disinfecting of wood packaging material located not in borders of seal or brand.";
in Item 11:

"statements of the interested person for the termination of activities for disinfecting and marking of wood packaging material;";
