Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 317 of February 3, 2025 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 121-VIIQD of December 29, 2024 about introduction of amendments to the Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About gas supply", "About the state fee", "About export control", "About application of special economic regime to oil and gas activities in the export purposes", "About power industry" and modification of some presidential decrees of the Azerbaijan Republic with respect thereto", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. In the "Rules of return of illegally withheld or overpaid state fee" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 98 of June 24, 2002. (The collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 6, Article 382 (volume I)) to make the following changes:
1.1. In Items 3.1 and 3.2 to replace figure "20" with figure "10";
1.2. In Item 4.2 to replace figure "7" with figure "4";
