About establishment of regional quota of acceptance of kandas and immigrants for 2026
According to subitem 4-2) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About population shift" PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Establish:
1) regional quota of acceptance of kandas for 2026 in number of 2 281 persons;
2) regional quota of acceptance of immigrants for 2026 in number of 5 997 people.
2. To provide to committee on migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within five calendar days after signing of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within three working days after execution of subitems 1) and 2) this Item submission of information to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) bringing this order to data of akimats of areas and the cities of republican value and the capital for management in work.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
