About measures for the organization of activities of National committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for sustainable development of urbanization and the housing market

1. Determine main objectives of adoption of this resolution:

(a) increase in efficiency of public administration in the sphere of urbanization and housing;

(b) the organization of activities of National committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for sustainable development of urbanization and the housing market (further - National committee);

(c) further development of cooperation between state bodies in the sphere of urbanization and housing by the organization of their mutual integration;

(d) adjustment of effective cooperation with the leading foreign states and the international organizations in the sphere of urbanization and housing.

II. Increase in responsibility of state bodies

2. Establish procedure according to which drafts of the regulatory legal acts including the following questions are subject to obligatory coordination with National committee:

(a) measures of the state support for housing construction;

(b) projects implementation of construction of housing and non-residential estates in the cities of Nukus and Tashkent, the regional centers and other agglomerations;

(c) approval of annual target figures on construction of apartment houses on the arrays "Yangi Uzbekiston" and other massifs;

(d) determination of the territories in which projects of complex construction will be realized and the arrays "Yangi Uzbekiston" are constructed.

3. Determine that:

(a) the total extreme number of managerial personnel of National committee consists of 50 established posts;

(b) The national committee can attract (to employ) on the basis of direct agreements of domestic and foreign specialists and experts, including scientific, scientific job seekers and researchers, for projects implementation of development in the principle of project management;

(c) activities of National committee are financed by the means of the Government budget and other sources which are not forbidden by acts of the legislation.

4. Approve Regulations on National committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on sustainable development of urbanization and the housing market it agrees prilozheniyu*.

5. Place National committee in the office building, at the address: the city of Tashkent, Ulitsa Zulfiyakhonim, the house 1a on the right of operational management.

III. Organization, providing and control of execution of the resolution

6. Assign to the chairman of National committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on sustainable development of urbanization and the housing market the personal responsibility for the effective organization of execution of this resolution.

7. Control of execution of this resolution and implementation of coordination of organization activity, responsible for its execution to assign to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
