Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 8, 1995 No. 193-FZ "About agricultural cooperation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 50, Art. 4870; 2003, No. 24, Art. 2248; 2006, No. 45, Art. 4635; 2019, No. 46, Art. 6415; 2021, No. 15, Art. 2437; 2022, No. 41, Art. 6960) following changes:

1) in Article 22:

a) add Item 2 with words ", and in case of the death of the chairman of cooperative, recognition its incapacitated or it is limited capable based on the judgment which took legal effect, its recognitions it is unknown absent or announcements his dead, prohibition to it to hold positions in governing bodies of the legal entity within three years from the date of completion concerning its procedure of realization of property or suit abatement about bankruptcy, introductions in legal force of the court verdict about appointment to it punishments in the form of deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities, applications to it administrative punishment in the form of disqualification, its refusal of powers not later than 15 days before date of general meeting of members of cooperative which agenda includes question of elections of the chairman of cooperative";

b) in the paragraph the second item 4 of the word "not later than 30 days before date of general meeting of members of cooperative" shall be replaced with words "in the terms specified in Item 2 of this Article";
