About introduction of amendments to articles 213.4 and 213.5 of the Federal law "About Insolvency (Bankruptcy)"

Bring in the Federal Law of October 26, 2002 No. 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 43, Art. 4190; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3945; 2016, No. 1, Art. 11; 2020, No. 24, Art. 3755; 2023, No. 31, Art. 5766) following changes:
1) in Article 213.4:
a) in item 4:
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "are brought in the deposit of Arbitration Court" "are brought by the citizen in the deposit of Arbitration Court from the date of removal of determination by Arbitration Court about adoption of the statement for recognition of the citizen by the bankrupt before date of judicial session on consideration of justification of such statement with indication of in the payment document confirming entering of money into the deposit of Arbitration Court, file number about bankruptcy of the citizen";
third to declare the paragraph invalid;
b) to add Item 5 after words of "Arbitration Court" with the words "from the date of removal of determination by Arbitration Court about adoption of the statement for recognition of the citizen by the bankrupt before date of judicial session on consideration of justification of such statement with indication of in the payment document confirming entering of money into the deposit of Arbitration Court, file number about bankruptcy of the citizen";
2) in Article 213.5:
a) to add item 4 after words of "Arbitration Court" with the words "from the date of removal of determination by Arbitration Court about adoption of the statement for recognition of the citizen by the bankrupt before date of judicial session on consideration of justification of such statement with indication of in the payment document confirming entering of money into the deposit of Arbitration Court, file number about bankruptcy of the citizen";
