1) part 8 to recognize invalid;
To add 2) with parts 8.1 - 8.3 following of content:
"8.1. Due to the termination of realization by executive bodies of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol of separate powers of body of registration of the rights, the public company specified regarding 1 article 3.1 of this Federal Law, the property belonging on the right of operational management to such executive bodies being in state-owned property of the Republic of Crimea or the federal city of Sevastopol, including building, construction, the room in which their structural and separate divisions were located no later than December 31, 2025 is transferred to the federal possession for fixing on the right of operational management to body of registration of the rights and if this property is necessary for accomplishment of the functions provided by the law and powers of the public company, it is transferred to the public company as property fee of the Russian Federation.
