About transformation of the republican wildlife area Sporovsky

Based on subitems 1.2 and 1.5 of Item 1 of Article 7, of item 4 of Article 14 and part two of Item 1 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2018 "About especially protected natural territories" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 150-Z

1. Transform the republican biological wildlife area Sporovsky to the republican wildlife area Sporovsky in connection with change of borders, the mode of protection and use.

2. Approve:

borders, the area and the list of land users, the parcels of land (parts of the parcels of land) of which are included in structure of lands of the republican wildlife area Sporovsky (are applied);

The regulations on the republican wildlife area Sporovsky (are applied).

3. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

3.1. No. 281 "About the republican biological wildlife area Sporovsky to exclude Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 1999;

3.2. to exclude from Item 13 of appendix to the National strategy of development for the system of especially protected natural territories till January 1, 2030 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2014 No. 649, the word "biological";

3.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2016 No. 1002 "On regulation of distribution and number of separate types of plants":

add appendix with Item 11 of the following content:

add appendix with the interlinear note "*" the following content:

in Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for holding actions for regulation of distribution and number of types of plants, distribution and which number are subject to regulation, approved by this resolution:

in part three of subitem 3.2 of the word "April 15" shall be replaced with words "on December 1";

add subitem 3.3 with part of the following content:

"Concerning oak of red action in especially protected natural territories are performed according to management plans such territories.".

4. Transfer the republican wildlife area Sporovsky to the control of Berezovsky, Drogichinsky, Ivanovo and Ivatsevichsky district executive committees.

5. To Berezovsky, to Drogichinsky, Ivanovo and Ivatsevichsky district executive committees in six-months time to provide:

registration in accordance with the established procedure the transformed territorial unit of the Republic of Belarus – the republican wildlife area Sporovsky;

installation of special information signs on borders of the republican wildlife area Sporovsky, and also acceptance of other measures for accomplishment of this resolution.

6. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
