ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About entering of amendments into the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 16, 2015 No. 220 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of activities and to implementation of procedural control of work of staff of divisions of the investigation and inquiry of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 16, 2015 No. 220 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of activities and to implementation of procedural control of work of staff of divisions of the investigation and inquiry of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10761) the following amendments:

in the Instruction on the organization of activities and implementation of procedural control of work of staff of divisions of the investigation and inquiry of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

add with Chapters 7 and 8 of the following content:

"Chapter 7. Assistants to the investigator

68. Assistants to the investigator are appointed for rendering assistance in preparation, maintaining and maintenance of criminal cases, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements and increase in overall performance of investigative divisions, at the same time, has no independent procedural powers and is effective only within orders of the investigator.

69. Fixing of the assistant to the investigator is performed by the order of the division manager with scoping of the obligations and functions provided by this Chapter.

70. Obligations of the assistant to the investigator:

1) preparation and systematization of the criminal case file;

2) maintenance of investigative actions (at the request of the investigator) and ensuring technical registration and streamlining of the materials received when carrying out investigative actions;

3) maintaining the in-house documentation, preparation of procedural documents and their registration in the established form;
