1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the questions regulating procedure for provision of state-owned property in lease, economic maintaining, operational management, free temporary use" of September 24, 2021 No. 183 the following change:
in Regulations on the procedure for transfer of state-owned property to economic maintaining, operational management, free temporary use approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. The subjects specified in Item 11 of this provision, who received property in free urgent temporary use have no right:
1) to transfer the rights under the agreement of free temporary use to other persons and to use the transferred property for the purpose of, excellent from specified in the agreement;
2) to hand over state-owned property in the sublease, except as specified, provided by this Item;
3) to transfer the rights according to the lease agreement to other person, as a deposit, to transfer under other types of ensuring obligation fulfillment, to bring them as contribution to the authorized capital of legal entities, and also to otherwise encumber the specified property.
