1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 3, 2023 No. 448 "About approval of Rules of development, approval of projects of subordinate regulatory legal acts" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 33023) the following change:
in Rules of development, approval of projects of the subordinate regulatory legal acts approved by the specified order:
8) of Item 21 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"8) the conclusion of scientific anti-corruption project appraisal of the resolution, except for drafts of resolutions to which according to the Law the requirement about conducting scientific anti-corruption examination does not extend.
In case of rejection of the recommendations specified in the conclusion - the copy of the answer to the authorized organization performing coordination of carrying out scientific anti-corruption project appraisal of the resolution with reasons for the reasons of their rejection;".
2. To provide to department of the constitutional legislation and public administration of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
