"1. These rules of implementation of transfers of secure digital assets (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 13-9) of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About counteraction of legalization (washing) of the income received in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" (further - the Law on POD/FT/FROMU) and determine procedure of transfers of secure digital assets by person performing release and the address of secure digital assets taking into account the requirements established by the Law on POD/FT/FROMU.";
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. Person in case of departure or receipt of secure digital assets on behalf of the client (his representative) and the beneficial owner makes sure that transfer and any related messages contain exact information on the sender and the receiver, and takes measures according to article 7 of the Law on POD/FT/FROMU.";
