About institution of higher professional education with the international status

This Law determines legal, organizational and economic basis of activities of institution of higher professional education with the international status in the Republic of Tajikistan.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) the state accreditation of institution of higher professional education with the international status – determination of the status of educational institution for implementation of educational activities according to State standard of higher education for institutions of higher professional education with the international status in the Republic of Tajikistan;
2) the educational program – the document which according to requirements of State standard of higher education for institutions of higher professional education with the international status in the Republic of Tajikistan determines content of education by the direction (specialization) of separate step of higher education;
3) the joint educational program – the program of higher education realized by two and more educational institutions which assumes joint activities for development and implementation of the educational program and curricula and by results of development of the educational program person receives two and more documents on the termination of institution of higher education;
4) grant – the funds allocated to teachers, students, undergraduates, graduate students, doctoral candidates in the specialty, to doctoral candidates, post-doctoral candidates, researchers and trainees at the expense of the provided means of institution of higher professional education with the international status within the single profit and loss budget, and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;
