About modification and amendments in the Code of health care of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. Bring in the Code of health care of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 30, 2017 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 270; 2021, No. 1-2, of Art. 12; 2024, Art. No. 1-2 17) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 16:
- to consider the text of Article part 1 and to number;
- add with part 2 following of content:
"2. Financing of the state health care system is performed in non-cash form.".
2. Part 2 of article 18 after the word of "activities" to add with the words "in non-cash form".
3. To add part 2 of Article 22 with the offer the second the following content:
"Payment of the amount of accreditation is performed in non-cash form.".
4. In Article 24:
- add with part 3 following of content:
"3. The procedure for determination of degree of the harm done to health is established by authorized state body in the field of health care.";
- consider part 3 part 4.
5. To state part 4 of Article 31 in the following edition:
"4. Financing of sanitary and epidemiologic examination is provided with physical persons and legal entities, activities (goods, works, services) of which are performed under this research, in non-cash form, in volume of the incured costs.".
6. Part 1 of article 36 after the word is "performed" to be added with the words "in non-cash form".
7. Article 67 after the word is "financed" to be added with the words "in non-cash form".
8. Part 2 of article 68 after the word is "made" to be added with the words "in non-cash form".
9. Add Article 70 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"-acceptance and expenditure of money for medical services in cash form;".
10. Add Article 71 with paragraphs the tenth and eleventh the following content:
