About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 31, 2023 No. 3
Based on part 2 of article 3.29 of the Procedural and executive code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 31, 2023 No. 3 "About granting of power" the following changes:
to exclude from preamble of the word "and Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503,";
the fourth subitem 1.1 of Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"chiefs of district, city and district inspections of natural resources and environmental protection, their deputies, heads of structural divisions, their deputies, chief specialists, chief inspectors, inspectors of district, city and district inspections of natural resources and environmental protection;".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
