About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic"

1) in Article 5:
a) add part 1 with Item 7 of the following content:
"7) monthly allowance to children since the birth of and before achievement of age by them 3 years (further - monthly allowance of "Yrysa ball")".;
b) state part 4 in the following edition:
"4. The size, procedure for appointment and payment of monthly allowance "бийик to toolu аймактардын zhashoochularyna to? m? to", lump sum payment "Bala of Bereke" and monthly allowance of "Yrysa ball" affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
c) recognize part 5 invalid;
To add 2) with Article 10-4 of the following content:
"Article 10-4. Purpose of monthly allowance of "Yrysa ball"
1. The monthly allowance of "Yrysa ball" is granted to the child since birth before achievement of age of 3 years by it in case of the request for purpose of monthly allowance of "Yrysa ball" and cohabitation of child(children) with the receiver of benefit. In case of the birth at the same time of two and more children the monthly allowance of "Yrysa ball" is granted on each child.
2. Citizens (families) have the right to monthly allowance of "Yrysa ball" irrespective of whether they receive other types of public welfare payments, except for monthly allowance "бийик to toolu аймактардын zhashoochularyna to? m? to".
3. Circulation period behind purpose of monthly allowance of "Yrysa ball" cannot exceed the period since the birth of the child before achievement of age of 3 years by it.";
3) in Article 11:
