Article 1. Create Specialized district administrative court, Specialized Appeal administrative court with their location in the city of Kiev.
Article 2. The territorial jurisdiction (cognizance) of Specialized district administrative court, Specialized Appeal administrative court extends to all territory of Ukraine.
Article 3. The specialized district administrative court, Specialized Appeal administrative court are the supreme specialized courts.
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Public judicial administration of Ukraine to take the measures necessary for implementation of this Law within competence.
