1. Order No. 427/2018 of. "About determination of procedure, structure and conditions of submission of information by the subjects specified in Article 92 and article 226-11 of the Tax Code" to change as follows:
Item 1 to change 1) as follows:
a) in the subitem 1) after the words "on these accounts" to add with the words "and the transactions performed through money transfer systems";
b) in the subitem 9) after the word "purchase" to introduce the text "ownership or use";
c) it is supplemented with subitems 10-1), 15) and 16) of the following content:
"10-1) persons performing business activity, except for owners of the entrepreneurial patents and physical persons performing independent activities - information on registration/debt repayment before the worker, except for wages payables, within financial year, according to appendix No. 11-1 to the order.
15) the Agency of the state services - information on documentation of the vehicles including given by owners to use for a fee or gratuitously, physical persons within financial year according to appendix No. 15 to the order.
16) GU the Inventory of real estate - information on determination of the tax liabilities connected with alienation of real estate, physical persons within financial year according to appendix No. 16 to the order.";
d) in subitems 11) and 12) to exclude the word "cash".
