About modification of the Regulations on compensation of the VAT to agricultural producers approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 3/2023

According to provisions of the Art. I of the Law on introduction of amendments to the Law No. 337/2022 on the Program of compensation of the VAT for agricultural producers No. 73/2025 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, No. 193-194, I ORDER to Art. 9703-9704):

1. To make the following changes to the Regulations on compensation of the VAT to agricultural producers approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 3/2023,:

1) lit.b) Item 1 to state in the following edition:

"b) July, 2023 till June, 2026 inclusive";

2) in the subitem 2) Item 19:

a) in the first offer the text "July, 2023 - June, 2025, inclusive" to replace with the text "July, 2023 - June, 2026 inclusive";

b) in litas. d) "for 2022 or 2023" to replace the text with the text "for 2022 or 2023, 2024";

3) In appendix No. 11:

a) in preamble the text "pentru perioada _______ 2023 - _______ 2025 ________" is replaced with the text "with pentru perioada _______ 2023 - _______ 2026 ________";

b) in column 5 of the table to replace the text of "iunie 2025 inclusiv" with the text of "iunie 2026 inclusiv";

c) in column 6 of the table to replace the text of "pentru anul 2023" with the text of "pentru anii 2023, 2024".

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and is applied to the tax periods entering the period of the Program of compensation of the VAT according to the Law No. 337/2022, with subsequent changes.
