I ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of July 05, 2013 No. 764 "About approval of data representation forms about summary indicators of the expected amounts of general net profit and dividends of the economic organizations and information on charge and transfer of dividends by the economic organizations current budget year", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 26, 2013 at No. 1267/23799.
2. To provide to department of policy of property and sanctions in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
