About modification of some orders of the Government (for the purpose of implementation of the Land code No. 22/2024)

Based on Item e) Articles 5, Article 53-1, of part (5) Article 55 and part (5) Article 59 of the Land code No. 22/2024 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 93-95, 137), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on procedure for maintaining registers of lease agreements approved by the Order of the Government No. 228/2019 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 162-166, 284), to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 6 of the word "according to appendix to this Provision" to replace with the text "according to appendix No. 1, and in case of transfer to lease of the lands of agricultural purpose which are in private property, bodies of local public authority - according to appendix No. 2";

1.2. appendix to the Provision becomes appendix No. 1, and to state signature stamp of approval in the following edition:

"Appendix No. 1

to Regulations on procedure for maintaining registers of lease agreements";

1.3. add with appendix No. 2 of the following content:

2. In the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on melioration approved by the Order of the Government No. 390/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 213-215, 526), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

2.1. the subitem 6) of Item 7 after the text of "state" to add with the text "the organization and carrying out the national and international biddings,";
