About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2013 No. 198
Based on part one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 26, 2014 No. 163 "About payment of notarial actions and services of legal and technical nature in cash", parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2013 No. 198 "About establishment of forms of receipts" the following changes:
in word preamble "the paragraph of the fifteenth Item 74 of the Regulations on the organization of activities of notaries in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 27, 2013 No. 523 "About the organization of notarial activities in the Republic of Belarus" "shall be replaced with words" parts one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 26, 2014 No. 163 "About payment of notarial actions and services of legal and technical nature in cash";
exclude Item 2;
in appendix 2 to this resolution:
"(archive)" shall be replaced with words the word "(notarial archive)";
after the word to "worker" to add with the word of "notarial";
shall be replaced with words words of "the collected payment" "the collected rate".
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2000 No. 13 "About approval of the Regulations on rendering by offices of notary public the Republic of Belarus the additional paid services of legal and technical nature connected with making of notarial actions".
