About modification and amendments in the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2019 No. 421 "About approval of the list of medical care in system of compulsory social medical insurance" and of October 16, 2020 No. 672 "About approval of the list of the guaranteed amount of free medical care and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2019 No. 421 "About approval of the list of medical care in system of compulsory social medical insurance":

to be reworded as follows the list of medical care in system of compulsory social medical insurance approved by the specified resolution according to appendix to this resolution (further - the list);

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 16, 2020 No. 672 "About approval of the list of the guaranteed amount of free medical care and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in the list of the guaranteed amount of free medical care approved by the specified resolution:

1) and 2) of Item 3 to state subitems in the following edition:

"1) primary request for medical care;

2) rendering services in prevention, diagnostics and treatment of socially important diseases;";

in item 4:

1) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) prevention and diagnosis of diseases according to the list determined by authorized body;";

4) to exclude the subitem;

add with the subitem 6) of the following content:
